- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order date.
- Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the items being returned and will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day your return is received for your account to be credited. It can take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank

- Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
- For defective claims you must contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
- the original tags MUST be attached to each and every item being returned.
- The returned items cannot be washed or worn and must be in NEW condition & odorless. Free from smoke and perfumes.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return policy. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- We are not responsible for return shipping or lost shipments. We recommend keeping shipping receipts for your records.
- We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
How to process a return
- Log in to your account on shopstylecrush.com
- Your recent orders are displayed. Click “View” for the order you want to create a return for.
- Click "Return items" at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
- Choose the products to return and the quantity.
- Give a return reason. You can choose a reason and an action or create your own, then send the return request. This will create a return ticket in the system and will allow us to process your return once we receive it.
